Adequate, but you'll likely end up looking for better. Which makes them not a slick deal.
At 12:50 he states it is a terrible purchase and why. I do see that it is not worded the exact same way and the title of the product but it is the only flat bench they offer now so I'm going to assume it's pretty close if not the same
I don't disagree that it is the lower end of possible quality but you will find something much better in great shape if you look at your Facebook Marketplace or offer up for the same price or even possibly lower
