Aldi USED to have sales.... for $6
The $5 were rare and only on Fridays.
IDK... maybe it was an item sold at a loss to get people in the store.
I've never encountered burnt nuts or any other issues with this brand.

So you're basically paying a $3 premium to have it already shelled for you. But at the same time, this is comparing this product that's currently on sale, and the shelled pistachios that are not on sale.
