ELIGIBILITY: The FX's Shogun Takes You Inside Japan Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of time/date of entry.
TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on March 4, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on April 2, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Prize: The prize to be provided by Company to the Prize Winner is:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC EXPEDITIONS Vacation Package
One (1) eleven (11) day/ten (10) night National Geographic Expeditions "Inside Japan" trip, (the "Trip") and with additional inclusions, if applicable, as set forth below (collectively the "Vacation Package") for the Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest ("Guest") (Prize Winner and Guest together, the "Group"). The Vacation Package is subject to restrictions and conditions, including those set forth below.
The Vacation Package consists of the following:
Roundtrip coach airfare between a major international commercial airport near Prize Winner's residence ("Airport of Origin") and an international airport at or near the originating and ending point of the Trip (each as determined solely by Company, with possible stopovers) for the Group;
Ten (10) nights of accommodation for two (2) people on the Trip including:
One (1) double occupancy room per location (location/category at the discretion of Company). Maximum occupancy two (2) people
Participation in a guided group travel experience (as determined by Company in its sole discretion)
Transportation within the land package
Services of local experts
Services of Expedition Staff
On-tour luggage handling
All gratuities except the Expedition Leader
Scheduled meals (excluding alcoholic beverages)
The Trip is pre-scheduled for specific dates and subject to availability. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Vacation Package is US $27,990.
