The item description says " Everything you need to get started is in the box ... " but did not include the components needed for the Natural Gas connection. Contacted support, and they would not provide the components despite the eBay description. Still waiting for a response concerning the specification of the connections so that I can have an installer purchase locally.

Had impact areas looking as if it had been backed into or run over.I asked firman for an exchange and customer support was very unclear in their communication, continually using return verbage. I just received a return payment and no word from firman on an exchange.Horrible Company

Description says 2021 refurbed generator. They sent at 2018 generator. I asked them about it. "we have sent you the right unit please disregard the typo on the description" I didn't think to check it until a couple days past the return window. Awesome way to do business. Just disregard 2 year old one listed and keep the 5 year old one we sent you. I'd watch out, maybe rethink doing business. Check your unit.

Item came with HEAVY comsmetic blemishes. I can look past this but It was also missing all original accessories needed to use the generator. According to ebay's refurbished policy these should be included. I reached out to firman and they said I would have to purchase on my own. The acessories add up to around $200. I purchased a second LPG generator directly from Firman during their Labor Day Sale. IT NEVER ARRIVED! UPS has sticky fingers and lies about delivery. I was HOME with my Electric gate open. The brand new products may be excellent but the person or company that is selling the refurbished items is trash they are scammer terrible communication and they will send you a broken product and then play it off or not contact you at all stay away from this seller I can't say it enough it will cause you more headache spend the extra $150 and buy a different generator.

This ordeal sucked, I ended up cancelling the order after the item had sat at the Las depot (about 30 miles from my place) for 14 days.. It left Arizona on about Oct 26 and arrived in Las Vegas on the 31st where it sat for 2 weeks before I finally cancelled the order. I disagree with the heading above showing this item was delivered on Nov. 16 that sounds about the day after I cancelled the order, if it was delivered, it was delivered to somebody else because it certainly wasn't delivered to me.

TlDr: Seller sent me a broken unit that looks like it's fresh off of a construction site. I bought a refurbished like new generator, it arrived and it has paint all over it, the plastic housing is torn and jagged, the unit turned on for 2 minutes, spit out plumes of white smoke and then stopped working, unit was shipped with old oil and old spark plug still installed, requires full teardown and cleaning to be used. Electrical problem not powering propane regulator. No indicator lights working. Fires but doesn't run on gasoline. No battery charging cable included. No oil included. Leaked fuel. Alot. Puddle formed in less than a minute. Factory Refurbished? I have doubts. Took it outside to try and run the fuel out of it. Would only run for a minute and shut off. Had to dump the fuel in a catch can instead. Hot garbage. Ebay is great though and is processing refund for some of the money back. Beware you will end up paying a portion called "coupon". This generator arrived promptly however it was defective. It ran great on my work bench, which you can eat off of, for the five hour break in. Changed oil, fresh gas cranked right up, go to go! Get my hunt camp set up and ran the generator approximately 2hrs the first and second night. Third night would not start so I had 3 more nights no generator which was a real headache. Bad design. Air intake on bottom and sucks dirt into engine. Cost $53 to send back. Don't buy!!!!!
