Playing with friends that have it on Steam shouldn't be an issue fyi since you create an Apex login, then you can join on friends to fish in the same server.

That's why I have gotten slightly pickier about free games I add to a library. I realize many platforms allow you to hide games from showing up but then why bother when you aren't even going to play all of the ones that do show up

What's 'the catch' here?

This is a new game released in 2022 and they're alrdy giving it away for free? Does it stop being playable on 3/28 after we've been 'hooked'?

I don't hunt or fish but love open outdoors games as a hiking simulator basically lol so I'm getting this, but afraid of being tricked into some kind of trap
