DB X2 Deluxe Edition looks like it doesn't include newer DLC packs if you're into it.

i have Jojo on Steam. It's a good 2.5D fighter (not an arena fighter though, it does have sidestepping and a 3D stage) with lots of fanservice for Jojo fans.
The only issue that majority of people had with it was the company cheaped out and refused to add rollback netcode, so the online is crap and there's no crossplay.
It's a good game, but if you're buying it, do it for the solo gameplay of which i would say, there is plenty to enjoy. There are missions, arcade, survival, etc. that give you currency to unlock skins, poses, emotes, etc.
