I have this game. Based on my 37 hours, i am close to being done by knowing what the game's plot is. The game is really depressing. It is nothing special, a typical jrpg that brings nothing new to the table. The music has alot of piano melodies that are nice but also depressing. If you like snowy towns, then this game is for you. Overall appreciate this for that it is as the studio that made it, Tokyo RPG Factory, dissolved by its parent, Square Enix so enjoy the very limited titles they actually made. I would say the game is a solid 6.5 to 7.5 out of 10.

I love this game! It took an EXTREMELY long time to get to this price point though and finally picked it up on Steam. Now waiting for Lost Sphear to do the same.

This game seems like a more depressing version of FF X if that's even possible.

Took the words out of my mouth - I only made it a few hours in and ended up shelving it. I may circle back but so far, it hasn't been the hype many made it out to be (IE: Chrono Trigger inspired).

Thanks. Gonna go listen to "To Zanarkand" and cry in the corner again.

If TIDUS isn't in it then that can only mean it's better unless one of the characters here is even more cringe

I liked lost sphear more, mainly because you can break the game towards the end which is fun, but the world was more fun to unlock.
