It's what happens when people basically live online, consuming and believing everything they read without giving any thought to context or scientific research. Honestly surprised they aren't just limiting themselves to lettuce and water at this point.
News flash, if 6 grams of sugar makes or breaks your nutritional requirements you got some major problems. And you certainly shouldn't be shopping for birthday cake flavored breakfast cookies

Yep it has always been about moderation, sugar, fat, salt, even artificial sweeteners. I try to get more natural when possible, but the way people have to throw around their opinions about these food items like their choice is the correct one and everybody else is wrong, you can tell it is because they are seeking validation about their own choices (or rather limitations).

I was going to wait for my subscription next month to try these but the price is good enough I just paid for some to be delivered tomorrow. If I like them I am going to add 5 to my sub list. They hit all the right checkmarks for snacks for me personally.
