Disagree. It is true that these are not for people who need to use the on a regular basis. But they've saved my but a few times and I've helped others. I don't know specifically this brand but these in general are perfect for most people for emergencies.
I have one identical to this (Trekpow G22 1500A Peak Car Jump Starter) Everything is identical , even the case. Bought in 2019 ($65 worth every penny) still works like new, starts a completely dead vehicle. I am getting this sweet deal as a back up. If I could get two at this price I would

This brand? Or a different one?
There are many random brands that aren't quality.
NOCO is a very good option.
Does anyone know how this compares with NOCO?

Mine jump started my car then it caught on fire. these things are hard to put out when they're on fire so I just threw it out in the road and watched it explode I recommend everybody get one of these and keep it in their glove compartment

I've had a chlore jnc660 for over 10 years. The battery is replaceable with an AGM of the correct profile. The cables are very thick gage and have about 3 feet of length. The charging cable is a standard AC cord you can find anywhere. It is almost 3X the size of the smaller lipo units but it's flat out reliable 100% analog tech that gets the job done.
These are a joke little gadget junk as they won't last. Do you ever see auto shops with these? . Throwing money down the toilet. The real Jump starters are the lead acid battery pack type which may cost more but they'll last for years. I had a Home Depot husky unit and I recall paying $30 for it on sale which lasted almost 8 years before it would not hold a charge. Jump starter prices have shot up like auto batteries.

The $29 is accurate. You have to redeem the built-in code for the discount. Just click on the box to redeem right below the dollar amount on the main page. It's save 22% added at checkout.
