More Details:

- Video streams at up to 2.5Mbps (SD qulity) with Data Maximizer enabled (on by default). You may disable Data Maximizer at any time via your account settings.
- International data roaming is not available. International calling and texting while in North America is available with an international add-on (see details).
- Not eligible for AutoPay discount
- Not available for business customers.
- T-Mobile Prepaid, PayGo. etc. customers can switch to Connect by T-Mobile at any time.
- Connect by T-Mobile is available in T-Mobile Retail locations, Select Multi-Carrier locations, Telesales, or online.

There is a reason why Connect by T-Mobile is able to offer cellular plans at a fraction of the cost. Every option, whether $10, $15, $25, or $35, Connect is a prepaid plan and requires users to bring their own phone, as T-Mobile will not provide one with the service.

T-mobile Connect indeed on QCI level 6 ( same as Magenta )
Metro, Mint, USmobile are on QCI level 7
Tmobile HOME-internet is on bottom at QCI Levl 9
Analogy I was given as if I line up to buy a cup of coffee with "Lower priority", anyone with "higher priority" can just cut in front of me at any given time. LOL
