I was lucky enough to snag 2 wood fired ones. Which I prefer. Haven't tested it yet. It's way to cold to cook outside here still.

Thanks for the reply! Any chance you were able to get to 750-900? If not you may need to ask for a new regulator from stoke.
Haven't tried to get the temp that high. I may need a new regulator either way, as I don't think the flame should be going out when on low. Currently communicating with their support, which has been responsive, albeit a bit slow.

I installed the regulator from Amazon and got the stone to 900 degrees pretty easily in about 10 minutes.

One thing to note is that you need the regulator needle to barely go above zero. If you set it too high you will be able to ignite but unable to keep the fire going as you won't be able to turn it down to low. I guess there is some sort of safety feature in the burner mechanism and I fought with it for about 30 minutes before I figured it out.

I haven't made a pizza yet but I'm going to try it tonight.

The original regulator says it's 1 psi max and I tried it and the flame was much lower.

I didn't bother calling them and just bought the regular in the review . I didn't feel like dealing with CS lol.

I've been going back and forth with them for over a week, and they haven't been helpful. I'm about to just call it quits and order the regulator on my own also.
