This combo comes to:
2 X 5.50$ + 3 X 3.00$= 20$
Not far from the price they're selling it at. Unless you need specifically these items, it doesn't make sense 20$ down on this.
This is my personal opinion, ofcourse. Hope it helps.

Cinnamon Bread Twists are $8
Permesan Bread Bites are $5
2x 2 Medium 2 topping pizzas are $14
2L Coke is $3.50 but I'll be generous and say you can get it for $2.50 at a grocery store.
Total is: $29.50
The new rewards system is miles better than the previous one. Old system only gave you a medium 2-topping pizza after spending a minimum $10 across six orders (this could be upgraded to a large for an up-charge). Each qualifying order awarded 10pts. 60pts was the price of a free pizza. The new rewards system reduces that minimum dollar amount to $5 and gives you tiers of rewards based off of what you want to spend your points on-- options such as parm bites for 20pts, cheesy bread for 40 or pizza for 60. Personally a free order of parm bites every two orders is the best value.
Parm bites and the various twists have evolved over the years from just bites and sticks. Old bites and sticks were made with the handtoss medium dough but current bites and twists are made with pan pizza dough. Pan dough is *more* dough by weight than a handtoss dough and a better tasting product. The use of the cinnamon sauce and garlic oil blend far surpasses the taste of the older use of butter oil and a garlic or cinnamon shake on seasoning.
Most chain pizza places have a "menu price" for all items, which denotes a price without any sort of discount or special. Yes, that is an expensive way to order. Most savvy shoppers always ask for specials or have an idea of one that they are considering. My store applies coupons and specials to help the price of an order for every customer unless they order online without selecting something. I certainly would consider shopping with a business more often if I found the product to be enjoyable and at an affordable price point.
