Answer:
First step: Complain. Only squeaky wheels get the grease.
If possible, Go elsewhere.
Plenty of better deals out there. Maybe they will wise up and return to being competitive after enough folks ditch them.
I am not their customer, but is this the one that you can only get their mobile service if you are already using their internet and/or cable service?
So it may require some serious consideration/research to ditch it all.
I hate that prices keep going up. Netflix jumped to $16.95 a month for 2 devices on HD now.
I am predicting that pretty soon they will be adding commercials if you don't upgrade to a new commercial-free tier when they want to sneak in another increase. Like Amazon Prime video just did. What can we do? Not much.
