These coupon codes don't work for beef or other meat subs.

Unfortunately, they do skimp on meat when using coupon for an online order. Tested it today. One online order for a 6.99 footlong. One in person order for the exact same sub at regular 12.49 price. I never told them I had a pickup until after my in person order was done. Disassembled subs once home and found one slice of each meat less on the discounted sub. They can see what you paid for the online order before they make the sandwich. It shouldn't be this way.

It's hit or miss, my local store has made some pretty crappy subs for me when I've used a coupon, but the last 2 times have been excellent. I can't compare to not using a coupon, because there's no way I'm paying retail for these subs, but I've gotten some very loaded up subs even when using BOGO.

After one really bad time I responded to the survey with low marks, and the owner reached out and apologized, and said he'd work with his staff on the issue. The next few orders were significantly better, then it backslid a bit, and the last 2 were really good.
