Personally, i believe they should have just created a few thousand bags of chips and located more winners and scraped the swag. They state that the value of a bag of chips and swag is worth $65 each for a total of $6,500 total value in the rules section.
They could have given away alot of chips for spending $6,500 total.

I'm doubtful Sunchips will never release this flavor beyond 100 bags, but if that's not so? I could definitely see some insanely wealthy person being dead set on getting a bag at any cost. If you've got Billionaire money, 25k for 1/100 bags of chips isn't unreasonable.
I know rich people be spending 10k to fly their private jets places just for lunch. You know like, I really want some new york pizza. I'll take my jet right now.
