Be warned that the 8bitdo Arcade Stick for Xbox has spotty compatibility. It does not work with Antstream Arcade or Contra: Operation Galuga, for instance.
Recently used one of my SNES 30 pro controllers I grabbed maybe 2 or 3 years ago - used it for the first time in a while a few weeks back for smash. It has seveeeere input delay. Not sure if that's a fluke or not but it was terrible. The battery died on the controller while I was playing, switched to an official switch controller and it felt like I was playing a different game.
Makes sense: your SN30 is Bluetooth. This 8bitdo Neo Geo controller uses 2.4GHz and pulls a quite respectable sub-5ms when USB polling is at 1MHz. 8bitdo makes some of their controllers sloppy, but some are also insanely fast. I love the 2.4GHz M30 and SN30.

Man I really want that arcade stick to be cheaper. If I could get it for $30 I'd buy a bunch for my office

I'd imagine any emulator that supports a controller input. Unless I'm misreading something. If your system recognizes the controller, it should work.

Any collector should have the neogeo controller just because its unique directional input. It's not perfect but it's a novel controller and I love how little room it takes up on a desk. I wouldn't compete with it but it's great fun and very comfy.

.
I do not see the reasoning behind buying this 8bit do controller neo geo when a xbox controller works better. The only reason to get it is if you had a iconic nostalgic feeling for the original neo pads made 30 years ago . The best controllers to buy are to buy the Mad Catz 8 button controller decks that come with sanwa. Even if it is used these can be easily refurbished, they are build like a tank. You can thn buy a special usb on amazon to make it compatible with any console
