For Northern Lawns only!
If you click on the product page on the Wmt site, scroll through the images. The 6th image defines the suitable map. It does show that it may not be suitable for southern UT. I was looking for Texas. So pretty much useless in southern states.
Per the Amazon listing (B0168K96FK) of this product:

Q: Is this the bag for southern grass?
A: Thank you for your interest in our products! This particular product contains a blend of bluegrass/rye/fescue, which are cool season grasses. The southern part of the country uses warm season grasses, such as Bermudagrass, Centipede grass, St Augustine, as well as others. We have EZ Seed Patch and Repair products specifically for Bermudagrass and Centipede grass, and an EZ Patch and Repair product for St Augustine grass (this product does not contain seed as St Augustine is grown as sod, this helps the grass grow and recover more quickly).

Please contact us at 888-270-3714 with your grass type so we can recommend an appropriate product for your lawn. see less

Just went by my local store for one. It rang up as $19ish, so I had to ask a cashier to do a manual price match after showing them the listing on Walmart.com, but they did it without complaint.

What's the difference though. Wish it said what type of grass/seeds these are.

If you are in mid to upper Utah, you should be good. There is a map on the description page. Just swipe the pic.

Shitty product. It has a very low percentage of seeds, and the rest is just mulch. If you don't believe me, ask around lawncare subreddit. Buy good seeds instead and learn to overseed your patches. It is not hard at all.

It's a mix of ryegrass, KBG, fine fescue. Ultimately crap but it'll get the job done if you don't care.
