M&M'S® Capture The Color Sweepstakes 6-30-24

The M&M'S® Capture The Color Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), who have a valid social security or tax ID number and who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in the state where one resides, whichever is greater

Limit one (1) Main Entry per person per day.

To play the Game and earn bonus entries: you must have a mobile device that allows camera access and JavaScript enabled in order to have the opportunity to earn bonus entries. Follow all the Game instructions to capture the six (6) colors that match the M&M'S® colors within the Sweepstakes Period. If you capture all the six (6) matching colors, you will be prompted to provide your information on the Sweepstakes Entry Form to submit your Main Entry and to receive the ten (10) bonus entries. If you do not capture all six (6) colors and if you continue to use the same mobile device without removing any cookie technology used in the Game, your Game play will be saved and you can play each day using that same mobile device to capture the remaining colors until you have captured all six (6) matching colors. Each time you capture all six (6) colors during the Sweepstakes Period, when you submit a Main Entry on that day, you will earn the ten (10) bonus entries for that day. If you do not capture all six (6) colors, when you submit a Main Entry for that day, you will not earn any bonus entries for that day. If you capture all six (6) colors but do not submit a Main Entry, you will not earn any entries for that day, bonus or otherwise. If you play the Game on more than one mobile device, only your Game play on that mobile device will be saved for the next time you play the Game on that device. You can only earn bonus entries once per day.

Limit eleven (11) entries per person per day (i.e., one (1) Main Entry and ten (10) bonus entries)

One (1) Grand Prize (ARV: $7,000): i) a trip for winner and one (1) guest to include a VIP package ("VIP Package") consisting of two (2) VIP Nation® concert experiences for winner and one (1) guest to one (1) participating concert ("Concert") listed on www.vipnation.com within the U.S. during the 2024 concert season (excluding Festivals); ii) round-trip, economy class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest Grand Prize winner's home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the selected Concert; iii) one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room (room and room tax only) for two (2) nights; and iv) a Panasonic Lumix GH5M2 camera. VIP Package includes two (2) reserved tickets and other items unique to the experience selected by the winner, not to exceed $1,500. VIP Package, including specific Concert and experiences, are subject to availability, venue capacity, age and artist restrictions. Winner must select VIP Package at least seven (7) days in advance of the selected Concert. Tickets are redeemable until September 15, 2024, or while supplies last. Concert and experiences for a particular Concert are not guaranteed. Selection of any seat assignments are at the discretion of Live Nation. All other expenses, including parking, travel, and accommodations, not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner's responsibility. Winner and guest must abide by all venue policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Resale of concert tickets and experiences is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to Live Nation's Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the Concert be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and you will be allowed to select another concert, provided such selection is made within thirty (30) days of notification. Selection of airline, hotel, any seat and/or hotel room assignment, are all at the discretion of Sponsor, airline and/or hotel personnel. All other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically mentioned herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, additional ground transportation, baggage fees, gratuities and souvenirs, are solely the winner's responsibility. Administrator reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from the Concert venue. Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card when checking-in at the hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in the Grand Prize.

Travel must be taken by December 31, 2024 or on dates specified by the Administrator; no alternative travel dates are available.

Three (3) First Prizes (ARV: $500 each prize): a GoPro Hero 12 Black + Max Lens Mod 2.0 camera.

Ten (10) Second Prizes (ARV: $150 each prize): a Fujifilm Instax Mini 12 Instant camera with custom case, Fuji Instax film (50 sheets) and a photo album.
