I'm looking for service that has the absolute cheapest initial investment to get text and talk on a phone. This can be regular sim or esim.
I'm not looking for voip options. No TextNow. No Talkatone. I want to get mobile service and a number with a small amount of minutes and messages for a cheap as possible.
