ASICS Cumulus, Nimbus, and Kayano are all popular running shoe lines from ASICS, each designed with different features to cater to various needs and preferences:

1.ASICS cumulus is known for its cushioning and comfort, making it suitable for neutral runners who prioritize a soft and plush ride. It's a good option for everyday training and long-distance running, providing reliable support and shock absorption.

2. The Nimbus line offers maximum cushioning and plushness, making it ideal for runners who desire superior comfort and protection, especially for longer distances. It's suitable for neutral runners or those with underpronation (supination).

3. Kayano shoes are built with stability and support in mind, making them suitable for overpronators or runners who need extra stability to prevent inward rolling of the foot. They offer a blend of cushioning and support, making them suitable for daily training and longer runs.

For everyday use, the choice between these three depends on your specific needs and preferences. If you prefer a softer, more cushioned feel, the Cumulus or Nimbus might be better options. If you need more stability and support, especially if you overpronate, the Kayano could be the right choice. Ultimately, it's essential to try on each shoe and see which one feels the most comfortable and supportive for your feet and running style.
20% Off Discount w/ promo code APPREC8U — doesn't seem to apply to all styles on sale. Tried to use it on a pair of kids shoes but it didn't apply. At checkout it says: Promo Code APPREC8U Not Applied.
Wish Nimbus 25 and 26 were eligible. Could have combine with amex offer and make it a good deal!

This is a great early season price on the kayano 29s. In for a pair. Not the coolest colors but it you run fast no one will notice.

Just be aware guys that y'all are gonna have to get a half size bigger. I've been using Kayanos for the past 8yrs and I've always been a 10.5 but with this model 29 I had to go a half size up because the back heel cup is very padded and pushes your foot forward. The shoes definitely feel very padded almost like running on pillows. Some people might like that feeling but others don't. I myself am not a big fan of the new feel but they will do.

Speed does not inhibit color vision.

Depending on the speed of the runner, one would expect a nominal color shift to red or blue depending on where you are relative to the observer and in what direction you are running.

Assuming you are running away from the observer to hide your shame, we could expect a shift towards red. So pick an ugly color that becomes better looking when red shifted.

Source: I've played sonic and you can clearly see his shoes shift closer to purple when he runs towards the camera and his body shift closer to purple when he runs away from the camera.

Waiting for the pontoon kayano 30s. Also just noticed Asics is charging a restocking fee according to the terms. I used to order a few shoes and return the ones that dont fit or dont like. All the asics stores are gone here now so no easy returns.

Anyone else feel their Kayano 29 heals are substantially stiffer (less cushion) than the 28s?

I've had 14 pairs of asics shoes in my life in different ranges. I thought this is one of the good ones but it was very bad for the high price. Highly recommend spending more money and get Superblast instead of this.

Naming? For long hours of standing you want a super comfy shoe- Cumulus or Kayano are likely where you want to go.

I am so damn annoyed with the stupid asics website. No matter what I do or which payment method I use it keeps declining it. Every single time. It's so damn annoying. Anyone having the same issues. It's got to be something with their validation system that's not lining up with my information. Even though everything is the same
