not receiving deal alert emails

I haven't received any deal alert emails since last night. Usually get a few dozen in that much time. Can't find anything wrong in the deal alerts list.

Hi. It looks like our emails to you were getting bounced and because of that, we stopped sending them out. I've reset that flag so the emails should hopefully start coming through again soon. If they don't, please feel free to reply back here or email into [email protected]

That worked for about a day, but now I'm not getting any emails from alerts at all.

I reset the flag again. You may want to make sure that your email inbox isn't too full or that our emails aren't being blocked for some other reason. You may also want to consider editing your deal alert settings to reduce the overall number of emails that we are sending out to you, in case that's why they're getting blocked. Another option may be to change your email address to another provider.

I cleaned up the alerts and now there's not as many of them. I checked my email and all other email is coming in fine. Just a problem with receiving Slickdeals. I have been getting email alerts for years but just now started having problems, so I wonder what has recently changed or what is different now.

Done - your hard bounce flag has now been reset too so your deal alert emails should hopefully start coming through.

Can you recheck mine again please, not getting emails again. Also I have noticed that the alerts list under Notifications & Activity is different than the list under Messages Inbox. So some are not making it to my account inbox. ?? Thanks.

I just reset the bounce flag again, but since this keeps happening I suggest trying a different email provider (like gmail) to see if that fixes this issue.

Unfortunately, your issue seems to be different and I think it will require a ticket for the devs to look into.

I'm not getting the alert (subscribed threads or deals notifications) emails either - started about a day or two ago. I use a hotmail account here, nothing showing up in spam over there.

As a test I did the forgotten password option where it sends a numeric code. That email came through right away.
