Some useful info - the deal is through Woot Staging, not typical woot. But it's real and not a scam. Used Amazon Prime/Amazon Pay. The website kinda sucks and is super slow.
So this is too big for a carry on, as the maximum carry on size for United is 22 x 14 x 9
Case Dimensions: 21 in x 14 in x 9 in, Overall Dimensions ( includes wheels & carry handles): 23 in x 14.5 in x 9 in, Weight: 5.4 pounds
So technically the case does meet specs, but the wheels or slim handle bump it out. Considering those are typically not measured, and that this is a softside case, I wouldn't worry really. Also they have been tested to fit the overhead bins with no problems.
This goes on Amazon regularly $140, sometimes a coupon brings it down to $112.
I tried to complete the purchase when it was up. Made it all the way to a "Processing" screen, and it never proceeded past that. No orders in the order history, no charge to my credit card.
Staging is typically a 'test' site for web developers, so I expect it probably won't go through or be processed in the end.

Again, most of the time no one is going to measure if it is an inch or 2 over, but all it takes is one time. To me, it would make more sense to buy a luggage that actually fits the size requirements and not leave things up to chance.
rollers>spinners. you get more room inside the bag because of how the roller's wheels are nested, and it's much easier to replace roller wheels (which are more durable anyway). there's a reason why you'll seldom see flight crews use spinners.
