Have this light/camera and been very happy with it. Lots of features including an alarm option in away mode. Camera is good, lighting is great, picks up movement very well and there is no service fee
This is a really good price, I have 4 installed at my house and I paid $100 each. Heads up though, they still don't support Homebase 3 Advance AI after almost a year, it was supposed to be ready by December and Eufy keeps postponing it.
Another note it only records in 1080p instead of 2k when connected to the Homebase 3.

Oh ya, plenty! Each is 1200 Lumens, 2 on the sides of the garage light up my whole driveway. Typically most people just have 2 700-800 lumen bulbs in front of their house.
