RTX 4090 GPUs are currently difficult to find at MSRP; right now, a 4090 GPU on Amazon sells at a $300-$500 markup. Will it accept 96GB? Specs say "up to 64GB", but I'm not sure if that's an actual limitation or just the max they offer as a configuration.

I have a Dell XPS 8960 with a 13700k and the 2*48GB Ram is working great at 5200mhz. I didn't have to adjust anything in the BIOS or any settings. I just took out my old ram ,installed this and it works great. Will report back if anything changes but working great so far!
I believe it's better to build yourself like I did ,purchased from Microcenter components with discount
Windows alone is going eat up at least 6-8Gb RAM.

I know its not the best mobo or case or psu, but it works great. And most importantly, its been trouble free and its whisper quiet. I paid less than the parts would cost to build at the time, and no pc I've built has been as trouble free. esp the noise levels from pc's back then.
When I look at current XPS they don't seem that attractive and lack the tool free cases etc.
I wish the custom builders like ibuypower had an option to build one without a gpu and with basic parts. A small premium is perfectly ok for peace of mind and service for those who don't want to diy.
