Which robotic vacuum is right for me?

- For one story house
- Mostly carpet, with some lynoleum
- A handmade Persian rug with fringes that I am afraid it will catch on
- Wires, shoes, cat food and other obstacles.
Questions:
- Should I go for a wet one? Does it do a good job mopping the kitchen and the bathroom? Can it wet-clean the carpet? If not, can it keep the carpet dry and lynoleum, wet, and not the other way around?
- Do I need a LiDar or a camera? For the fringes.
