Seat locations and all other details to be determined by Sponsor. If tickets for the designated date become unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with tickets for another available date or a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for all travel, lodging, and any other expenses associated with attending the concert.
