The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (the "Eligibility Area") who are age 21 years or older
upload an original photograph that shows what Dos Primos Tequila means to you (along with an original written caption of up to 200 characters in English), then provide all required entry information (including your Instagram "handle" is OPTIONAL) and submit your entry.
Limit (1) entry per person
On or by approximately September 12, 2024, all eligible entries will be judged and scored by Sponsor's designated judges using the following judging criteria: (a) Creativity (50% of total score); and (b) Appeal (50% of total score). The six (6) entries which receive the highest total score will each be deemed a Grand Prize-winning entry
Six (6) Grand Prizes will be made available, each consisting of a two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (age 21+) to attend a Thomas Rhett concert at a music festival in or near Sacramento, California on October 19, 2024 (the "Concert"), including: round trip coach air travel to the Sacramento, California area for winner and one (1) guest (age 21+) from the major gateway airport closest to winner's residence (airports determined solely by Sponsor); double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor; VIP admission for winner and one (1) guest (age 21+) to the Concert, ground transportation between hotel and Concert, a non-private meet-and-greet opportunity with Thomas Rhett for winner and one (1) guest (age 21+) which is subject to Thomas Rhett's availability, and a grand total of $1,000 in spending money awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner and/or prepaid debit cards. The total approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $3,750.
Each trip must be taken on dates selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, currently anticipated to be departing on October 18, 2024, and returning on October 20, 2024, but subject to change as deemed necessary in Sponsor's sole discretion, or trip will be forfeited in its entirety. All travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor or Sponsor's designee.
