People bury cinderblocks in the ground and then bolt onto the cinderblock to act as an earth anchor if you have an over slab, it's easy I have 16 giant concrete anchors holding mine down. It ain't going anywhere.

Lol this has to be a troll
It'll be spendy and time consuming to convert it into a shed. You'll need better framing so when the wind hits your wall, it won't go flying into the neighbor's yard. This gazebo is designed to allow the wind blow through.
Prebuilt sheds have all the right pieces and still cost less.
Sure, but you won't be able to keep the kids "off the shed".
