It makes great capuccino using the Cafe Bustolo dark roast ultra fine grind coffee; you will love it; just use one of those 1.7 liter hot tea hot water boilers to get it up to 200 degrees F to extract all of that capuccino goodness from the Cafe Bustolo; one can buy one dozen 16 ounce compressed bricks for about $51 bucks so that is a steal of a deal indeed
