I bought these a few months ago after trying them on in-person. The sales associate at the store mentioned they get a lot of returns on these because it's hard to get a good fit. The cloth on top is very stretchy, and continues to expand as you wear the shoe. They work fine for me, but it's not the most comfortable shoe because my heel keeps feeling like it's about to slip out (but doesn't).

Cole Haan makes a great shoe. Once you try them you will never want another shoe.

I have owned these for about 2 years now and agree. I like the shoes but its kind of like a flip flop where the top is light and bottom is heavier causing it to feel a bit unstable. Not a bad shoe and versatile (I wear with suits sometimes), but know that it is not exceptional

Fabric top, have seen friends with these and they look shaggy and pilled. Something you don't even know is a possibility with shoes until you get a pair like this

I have the leather ones and they've held up really well. Though it's the opposite with fit. There's no stretch and it feels narrow at the toes

*comfortable* clown shoes. My leather zerogrands are by far the lightest most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned.
