To participate in the Ultimate St. Andrews Experience Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec) at age of majority and at least 18 years of age in your jurisdiction of residence.
Entrants may not submit more than one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry.
Prize: The prize includes a trip to Edinburgh, Scotland for winner and one (1) travel companion and one (1) in-store discount code for $500 US Dollars redeemable for eligible product only at the TravisMathew St Andrews Store. Discount code cannot be redeemed for products in the luggage and club covers categories on www.travismathe
All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsor's agent. Trip must be taken by no later than October 9, 2024 and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are solely responsibility for obtaining all necessary travel documents. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitation may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Prize is subject to availability, blackout days (which may include holidays, weekends and/or special events) and certain other restrictions. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their home jurisdiction as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents and permissions necessary for international travel (where applicable). Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Winner and travel companion will be required to comply with all airline, hotel and golf course rules and regulations, including all COVID-19 protocols in effect at the time of the trip, which may include masking, vaccination and/or testing requirements. Failure to comply with such regulations and protocols may result in forfeiture of the prize as determined by Sponsor. Winner and travel companion fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, "COVID-19") is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines (collectively, the "Protocols"), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
