I placed the order when the description was still the XPS gaming PC (I took a screenshot). I see the order has been retroactively changed, which seems super shady to me. I contacted customer support via chat, and they were already very aware of this situation. They would have shipped out the incorrect PC, but they canceled it for me ultimately.
I'm just gonna let them ship it out, then complain about the inconvenience of having to return an incorrect item I didn't order, and hope they will try to make it up somehow by throwing a fat coupon my way....is that just wishful thinking, or is it a real possibility, what y'all think..?
CS: "I apoligize for the that. Unfortunately that item was listed incorrectly. We are currently working on canceling these orders and you will be receiving a $10 Newegg gift card via email for the inconvenience."
