Unlocking Moto 5g Power Total By Verizon From India

Hello,

Last year I purchased a Moto 5g Power from Amazon during black friday sale and shipped it to India. I got busy in offshore assignment to Australia and forgot about new mobile which is still packed.

I have to unlock it. I searched and searched and made couple of direct messages but got no positive reply. So asking here to help me.

Please tell

1. If I activate total by verizon online can it be unlocked automatically without making any calls?

2. People earlier told that since total by verizon plan is costly one can rebrand by chatting customer care at tracfone and have a cheaper plan in which same 60 days criteria applies. Is this still working?

3. For activation from India I have to provide US address proof or can I do with just email id and random zip code?

I know that you can't activate it overseas, because phone requires to connect to the network to make effective the activation, but maybe this vary depending the operator. Also all 3rd party remote unlocking services are dead for US Motorola phones. If your phone ask for an unlock code, maybe you can buy one in ebay or other sites.

Activation is online. People here didnt even opened box after purchase and still activated their mobile. So that is not an issue. 3rd party ia required where a company can allow entering unlock code by user whereas Tracfone and it's other brands have automatic unlock system.
