$1.50 filler to get to $200 chart total:
https://www.bomgaars.com/double-h...54605.html
you can find cheaper filler, but this is what i picked because it might actually be useful.
pick up is free from their 200ish stores. shipping will be between $9 and $20, depending on you location
so while shipping fee sucks,
THERE IS NO SALES TAX IN MANY STATES. i wasn't charged sales tax for shipping to PA or NY. anything east of OHIO shouldn't be charged sales tax unless a bomgaars store opened somewhere i don't know about.
there are lots of great deals on tools and clothing you can find. i'm posting this because i know people can't seem to get enough of dewalt's batteries. but you can browse around and find other deals

the 4 port charger on the other is a great deal from an authorized dealer.
other interesting deals: grease gun kit with case, 4ah xr battery for $150: https://www.bomgaars.co
dcs578X1, flexvolt 7.25" saw with 9ah flexvolt battery for $250: https://www.bomgaars.co
"6ah flexvolts are dogs**t. actual waste of money. they use 18650 cells with a low output current. using them on any tool makes that tool significantly worse. in some cases tools will lose half of their power when compared to a 9ah flexvolt (like the larger saws).
also, they don't hold enough power to keep a 60V tool running for very long while still being bulky. similar footprint to the 9ah battery.
you buy them if you wish, but people who know better won't touch that trash."

This is the deal here. The new lithium "pouch" batteries are amazing. 250% more cycle life and power
They seem good so far, but not sure what it has to do with flexvolt. They don't make pouch cell flexvolt batteries.
Thanks op!
The contention is that they aren't good at 60V (in fact quite frustrating) and they are outclassed at 20V by the powerstack lineup. Plus heavier than all 20V packs, Basically a no-mans land in the dewalt system.

If you're referring to the 6ah Flexvolt packs, they are only a few ounces heavier than a 6ah XR pack and nearly a pound lighter than a 9ah Flexvolt pack. Sometimes it's nice having a smaller battery as an option for flexvolt tools.
As far as performance, the tests I've seen put the 6ah FV negligibly behind the 6ah XR or 5ah powerstack. You'd have to be pushing a tool to it's limits to see a difference between these.
9ah and larger packs perform better, but with the trade off of size and weight.
If I'm doing light duty cuts with my flexvolt saw, I prefer a smaller, lighter battery. Same goes for using the pole saw with extension. It's already heavy and awkward enough.
Love the 12ah on the grinder and blower though.
