Walgreens [walgreens.com] has 6 Large Rolls Walgreens Absorbent Paper Towels ( = 8 Regular Rolls) on sale for $2.51. Store pickup is free on $10+ orders.
1) 'Clip' the 30% discount coupon on the product page and add paper towels to cart
2) At checkout, apply promo code WAG10 for an additional 10% savings. Total should be $3.99 - $1.20 - $0.28 = $2.51

1) sign into your account.
2) add the item or items you want to buy.
3) add ANYTHING else to hit $10.
4) proceed to checkout where you are entering your card information.
5) copy and paste link to a new window (doesn't need to be incognito) or just duplicate window.
6) go BACK to delete the item you don't want in one window, go forward to confirm checkout after deleting in the other.

Costco is probably half inch wider. Nobody really uses the outsides. If the 372 per roll on the mega is the same price per sheet as the 242 per sheet in price here, I don't want to change it out so often. FWIW mega says compared to quilted northern while the 242 count says compared to angel soft on the labels. All 2 ply. Costco is 20 mi away and Walgreens is right around the corner.
