Just signed up for Rewards (first timer) using web app. No CC or phone number confirmation required. Added offer and a dozen original donuts to my cart, completed order and got a confirmation email with order number to present at counter or driveup later this morning.

My store re-enabled orders online right after midnight...offer somehow still there (even though it still says through 5/2) so was able to place order for pickup this morning.

Glad I jumped on this early. Logged in on the 29th, accepted terms; offer was in my account.
Picked up the free dozen + 3 specialty on 4/30 (ordered 4/29) in Paramus. One person ahead of me, picking up her order, 10am. No issues.

When I picked up mine on the first night there was no line. Walked in at 8pm, noticed they weren't doing the hot and ready so just got the preboxed dozen. Suddenly 10 people appear behind me laugh out loud
