I just realized that although I accepted the terms today (05/03/24), it says my offer is good until yesterday (05/02/24). I guess I'll have to use a time machine to redeem.

Order was scheduled to be ready at 6:15am. At 7am, after giving my name to the gentleman at the drive up window, I was informed that my order had already been picked up 30 minutes earlier by a "dasher"???.
There is a serious flaw in their system. The confirmation email from my web order specifically states that the order number is not needed for pickup, and there is no bar code or otherwise - just my name. So somebody else used the name "K. Taylor" and took my order? I protested a bit and was OK'd fpr my box of 12 and taken care of with no additional fuss.
What's going on with them.

Bummer for existing members who missed out if it no longer works for them, but for anyone who doesn't already have a rewards account, I think definitely still give it a try!
Also, neither location is picking up the phone. One hangs up after 4-5 rings. The other says "the person you are trying to reach is not available, goodb... CLICK"
What absolutely atrocious customer service. I called the 800 number to ask them whats going on, and all they can do is file a report. They can't even attempt to reach out to the locations.
