I really despise how Amazon omits nutritional label on some of their food items on the website. Sometimes I can search user reviews to find it quick otherwise it's a google search.

In case anyone is interested; 11g of added (total) sugar per serving and 2nd ingredient is sugar. It's lower total sugar than maple cinnamon (18g) but also about half the dietary fiber. 2nd ingredient is sugar and it does have corn syrup as well. Just FYI.

*It is a good price if you are getting it compared to Kroger and Walmart online prices, esp w/ s&s if you hit 15%

*It is a good price if you are getting it compared to Kroger and Walmart online prices, esp w/ s&s if you hit 15%

Thanks for this. You can always tell when something is loaded with sugar, when they don't make the label easily available. I just spent about 5 minutes trying to find the label. I finally found it, but it was so blurry it was impossible to read. By contrast, Regular Cheerios have 2 grams of sugar. I think I'll throw some cinnamon on my regular cheerios.

Multi-Grain Cherrios (Giant Size) is the same $ per ounce after coupon. $3.38 for a 20.6 Oz box. Healthier option than Cinnamon with 3 grams of fiber, 8 grams added sugar (not great), but also 100% DV of iron, thiamine, folate, riboflavin, B12, and Zinc.

Cheerios and Quaker Oats might contain chlormequat, a pesticide linked to infertility in animals, according to a new study by the Environmental Working Group (EWG).

Chlormequat is not currently approved for use in food grown in the United States. However, researchers detected the chemical in 77 of the 96 urine samples collected between 2017 and 2023. The presence of chlomequat was consistent throughout the years, but its concentration spiked in 2023.
