Recently bought $50 firehouse sub gift cards from sams club for $40. Can't use them in the app sadly only instore.
I had to wait almost 2 weeks for a refund of items not received without any response from management. I ended up having to charge them back through my credit card services.
They in their wisdom, decided to close the lobby at 8:00PM with a handwritten note on the door forcing all customers to go through the drive-through which wrapped around the building.
Sounds like a good deal, but will never visit this location again. Very unprofessional.
