Yeah the "Include Federal Tax Credit and gas savings of $204 /mo." is incredibly misleading. After taxes and fees, it's $662/mon without tax credit, $558/mon with tax credit, $458/mon with imaginary, magical, "gas savings credit"
It's actually $603 a month, if you don't include the "gas savings and fed tax credit"
The majority of buyers will qualify for the tax credit, so $500 /mo is more than reasonable to advertise. Gas savings quote of $400 /mo is rubbish though.
things are getting desperate for them. All indicators show them to have a rough ride ahead. I hope they make it. Hoping the proposed tariffs hold China at bay

Seems to only apply to the current Y model, which is getting a refresh soon. But, I will add, the title shouldn't advertise the "gas saving" price. Great deal regardless. Who else is offering .99% APR when CD rates are 5%+?

People who are looking to buy this . Please wait . Prices will go down even further. Tesla is sitting on huge inventory right now and they need to move it fast . I see this dropping even further. I won't be surprised if 0 APR is also offered.

It's possible waiting could be advantageous, but maybe not
People also said to wait even with the 10-15% inventory discounts at the end of last year/beginning of this year, and those haven't come back yet.
They might at EOQ, but they also might not. From what I've seen, Tesla cuts prices when they need money (like in 2019/2020/recently), and raises prices when they don't (2022-2023).
