Right now, you can get a bacon cheeseburger for free with $1 purchase. That seems to be a daily deal for now (one use per day, coupon regenerates).

If you have a BK that doesn't charge for lettuce and tomato (like the one close to me), then that's a whopper Jr with bacon and cheese for free with $1 purchase. I get a Chicken Jr for $1.60, so $1.60 gets me a bacon+cheese Whopper jr and a Chicken Jr. No need to wait for these deals.

I worked at BK in the eighties and i think it was the height of their time, place was booming and the drive through was open till 4, closed for an hour cleaning and it was breakfast time starting at 5. The place was top notch, extensive training and quality control. A cooked burger had a 20m life after that it was chunked in the garbage, I had a good experience with BK and felt pride in my work and quality in their food. By the way they hired me at 15 and I ran the fry, onion ring and sandwich station.
When I got my 20 minute break they allowed me to make my own sandwich with all the meat and toppings I wanted, that was the only perk when making around $3 hour min wage.

I've done comparison of my local paper coupons versus the app coupons and the paper coupons are generally better.

I'll take the BOGO Big Mac or 1/4 Pounder across the street then head over to BK for free large fries with $1 so get the value coke. The 2 for $5 Jumbo Jack would be second choice as they are almost identical in taste to a whopper minus the fake grill marks and smoke flavor

In my area at least it seems like this deal is available on Thursdays only, I saw it available last Thursday, didn't use it and wasn't available when I checked Friday but see that it's available again today.

Agree. Used to get the $1 Whopper deal in the early to mid 90s and they were outstanding. Got 2 every day of the week haha. Cheap and delicious lunch for a 20-something with high metabolism.

Why dont you do White Castle for breakfast and Hardee's for lunch while you are at it?

McDonalds food quality is a shell of itself from 5 years back - Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell have such bad food it make's McDonalds look like fine dining regardless of location, staff, median income in the region, it doesnt matter.

Burger King's food quality is piss poor, their app/deals are a joke, and these deals are nothing special esp for fast food.

Spend an extra $1-2 and get something ALOT better

Whopper Jrs are 2 for $5 and you get a free any size fries once a week, so you should be able to get pretty close to your 3.99 unless you're eating at BK more than once a week.

Nope, 3G Capital ruined them. It's trash now - coming from someone who years ago had them at least twice a week and haven't touched them since a year or two after the acquisition.
