I really like mine, but I had the same problem, but I bought memory foam eartips, and haven't had an issue since
Foam tip do stay on my ear the best while running, but it has fallen off of my ears but I think it was an user error and cold weather. Under normal condition, the foam will mold into your ear shape once they are inside.
Purchased these last week for a trip. Stayed in my ear just fine for the airport/ walking around without falling out. Idk what earhole size I have but it works
Just cracked into a pair of these.
Sound is great. ANC is remarkably quiet and still good sound quality.
My only complaint is the lack of multipoint connectivity. One device at a time. Would really be nice to use these all day with my pc for work but still be able to take the odd phone call, etc... That being said, the galaxy wear app is available for android and windows and makes it pretty quick to switch over.
So far windows has not been consistently decent with these, and I don't blame the earbuds, I blame windows. Seems like half my Zoom or Slack calls the volume is just mercilessly loud and can't be lowered.
Oh yeah and the fit is good. Whatever, everybody's ears are unique

Have you tried lowering the master volume in windows?

Just disconnect from connected device and select the buds on the other

I believe it only has multi point connected with Samsung devices, similar to how Apple does it.
Perfect timing. Just lost mine on vacation two weeks ago.
These are the only buds that comfortably sit in my ears for 12 hour flights with no pain or fear of falling out.
I have these and the battery lasts maybe 5hrs tops listening to podcasts, less for music. how are you getting 12hrs of in-ear time?
as for a general review... had a Samsung phone when I bought these and thought they were okay besides the short battery life but have moved to a Pixel phone and functionality is lower. app will not start without _full_ phone access. microphone volume was _very_ low on a PC so can't use them for conference calls. in short I think there are better options for the price if you're not on a Samsung device.
