At this price, even though it's a kit, the whole purpose of using a single board computer gets defeated IMHO

Jeez, we just had a deal for an MSI brand "NUC" with an Intel N100 processor for $99! I picked one up and added 16GB or DDR4 memory for another $30 IIRC, and used an old M.2 SSD I had laying around. Can't see this Pi being better for about the same amount of money.

Yup. There really not much of reason to get Pi these days other than GPIO and ultra low power consumption.
