I already heard back, and apparently they are treating this "new" promo same as the last promo, even though this new one has a completely different starting date/period. Customers have no way of knowing that when they advertise it as a new promo, especially with "page not found" on terms and services. What an unprofessional rebate company.

I did this deal last year from Target with no problems.
I had to go to a second Target because the first one showed in stock and they weren't but that was due to Target's app, not Bubblr.
it really is a stupid name for a product 😂
