The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and Washington D.C. (excluding residents of MA, MI, and U.S. territories), who are tobacco consumers 21 years of age or older at the time of participation and have a registered username ("username") and password provided by the Sponsor.

Game begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on May 23, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on September 12, 2024 ("Game Period"). A player who has 30 Game 1 Plays OR wins an Instant Win Prize in Game 1 may choose to participate in a second game ("Game 2") starting at 12:00 p.m. ET on May 23, 2024. To enter the Grand Prize random drawing, you must play Game 1 and/or Game 2 during the last week of the Game Period, which is 12:00:00 a.m. ET from September 05, 2024, through 11:59:59 a.m. ET on September 12, 2024. Each player will receive one (1) Grand Prize random drawing entry per Game they play on the last week of the Game Period up to a maximum of fourteen (14) grand prize random drawing entries.

Limit one (1) Play in Game 1 and one (1) Play in Game 2 per Username/player per day.

Game 1: Weekly Prizes: $20 Digital Choice Visa Card (125 per week)
Game 2: Weekly Prizes: $20 Digital Choice Visa Card (10, 20, 30, 40, 150, thereafter 250 per week)
Two (2) Grand Prizes: The Grand Prize is a check in the amount of $15,000.00.

Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize in Game 1 and Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize in Game 2 per player during the entire Game Promotion, for a maximum of two (2) Instant Win Prizes per Username/player during the entire Game Period.
