I don't see rtsp support for pan v3 officially or unofficially. Wz_mini_hacks supports unofficially for wyze cam v3
Not mandatory at all, you have the option to decline the Cam Plus trial when setting up.
This has the same low light color capabilities as the Cam v3. None of these have actual color night vision. But this (and Cam v3) is able to produce much more colors in low light situations than the previous versions.
