This has some interesting and useful features but not sure it is worth twice as much as the 22' one at HD.

The safety rails and such could be life saving.

You should not be paying that much for a ladder. It is heavy, bulky and won't do a job right.
Just get standard step ladder for 1/3 of the price, fold it and hang on the garage wall when not in use

While I agree that this price is nuts, these multi task ladders are really great and much better than your standard step ladder obviously heavier, but the built in wheels make it easier to move around.
