They are ridiculously small, my phone barely fits inside and my wallet doesn't even fit at all.
I guess that it was worth a try.
They are well made and I'm sure that they will work for others.
I'd say that they are worth $5 if they meet your needs.

I saw these in my local warehouse and was aware of the size, which is more than enough for me. These fit my phone - iPhone 15 ProMax - a small wallet that I use when traveling, a lip balm and my sunglasses. I will use these for a two-week trip to Europe this summer and will only carry the barest minimum of cash and credit cards with me when sightseeing. Everything else stays in the hotel room safe. A bigger bag is not necessary for me and only makes me feel more vulnerable to pickpockets and theft.
As you noted, these are well made and I think will work well as intended for most tourist travelers.
