I brought this and kept it. It works for really high evergreen branches on my Norway Spruce trees with modification. I have gorilla taped the saw in a PVC tube and used a rope to make the cut.

Really nice price.
Works many years as long as you don't get it jammed on a thick branch at or above its maximum cut diameter. You can also bend it out of shape and break the chain doing this.
That said, for regular use, very nice. Good, long reach. Light and easy to maneuver for an hour plus on a ladder.
Pull handle midway and at the end of the stick let's you keep cutting when cutting branches closer to you without having up back up
Adjustable head nice for a flush trim atop tall bushes from the ground.

Blades cut very smoothly and well. I like them better than the Powerlever fiskars loopers.

Only minus? Doesn't have the cut and grab feature of the shorter Corona pruner, but that one is more for reaching into rose bushes to cut and retrieve branches. So for the 12 foot+ evergreens, you'll grab a far branch atop the tree, pull forward and cut so it'll fall on the top of the tree. Then grab with this and pull off the tree to drop it to the ground.

....

That said, after buying the ryobi 40v pole hedge trimmer, I only use this nowadays for the thickest branches the ryobi can't handle. 95% of the time, far faster using the powered tool.
E.g.. A 4 hour trees and shrubs trim with this and manual loopers/shears takes about 1 1/2 hours with the ryobi.

I even use the corona grab and cut pole more than this because it's more useful trimming rose bushes without getting poked.
