Personally, I don't sleep well even on lie-flat business class, and the 6hr+3hr two leg with a breather in the middle (and a restroom that's not a closet moving at 550mph) is worth it to me, esp when it's just a couple hundred more than British/AF/KLM charge for their basic economy service on a lot of routes.
